• Can be used wet or dry
• Versatile; Can be used in the crease, on the lid, or a combination of both

Liner (#4 BRUSH, #15 BRUSH and #20 BRUSH):

• Can be used wet or dry
• Can enhance the eye shape
• Applying colour close to the lash line will enhance the lashes
