Changed your mind? No problem we’ve got covered!

Our return policy allows you to return any unused and unopened item purchased from for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We unfortunately cannot accept any return that is not in its original condition. Please note any Stila Cosmetics item purchased at a retail store must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased.

Follow the instructions below to get started on your return:

  1. Carefully pack your items into a box, placing a tracking number on returned merchandise.
  2. Label your package with your order number; you can also include the order number in the return address. If the package is received without an order number on the package, it will be returned to the sender.
  3. We’re sorry beauty lover but return shipping fees are not refundable. We will however gladly cover the shipping cost of the replacement merchandise. Please drop off your package to your local post office and ship to :

Please note:

  • Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Stila Canada Customer Service will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through our online store cannot be returned through these processes. Please contact the original retailer of purchases for instructions on exchanges and returns.
