Put it on and it's greeeeen! Absoloutly terrible

Please get the previous version of brow pen back. This new version balayage brow is a failure! Very disappointing.

BRING OLD BROW PEN BACK! This new pen balayage is a disappointment!

The best eyebrow pencil. It's exactly the right shade. Other brands aren't true to color and are too dark, even the light brown ones. I also like the brush fine tip vs a drawing pencil.

I've used the original for as long as I could possibly remember. I received daily compliments on my "perfect" brows and would always sing praise to the old pen. This new pen is just terrible, dries out fast, and just simply isn't the same as the original. Guess Stila decided to fix something that didn't need fixed. Id do anything to get the old pen back. Also, when I reached out to their customer service, the first response said they don't know when the old one will be back in stock, basically giving me false hope. Yay. When reaching out again, they had such a dry response back. Their customer service is about as crap as this new pen. Stila, you lost a customer. Nay, MANY customers since I've recommended all family and friends to your product who are now also unhappy.
