I’ve been loyal to stila for 10 ish years- I was excited to try a matte version of “the best” eyeliner, but the matte version is totally unreliable. Patchy in delivery, sometimes works, sometimes very dry. I do everything “correctly” in terms of storage and application this matte version just sucks! Honestly, I’d like my money back as these problems began within two weeks of purchase. When it it in “great” application condition, it’s barely visible, also. Save your money and stick with the classic, if you’re going with stila.
The liquid barely comes out even after shaking the eyeliner pen. You're left with a blotchy line it you can get any of the liquid out. It's a shame as the felt tip is appropriate for a fine line but Stila has had an ongoing issue with their eyeliner packaging as the liquid doesn't come out in a steady flow.
Can you use the waterproof liners inside the water line ?
I love Stila liquid eyeliners. They last all day and doesn't really smudge. I don't give it a 5 because the tip tends to dry out a little faster
My favorite eyeliner has always been the Stay All Day. So excited they released a matte one. Very easy to use!
